Thank You - Express Bath

Cliff was our contractor for Express Bath of Decatur. He called and said he’s be here in 2 hrs. He was here in under 2 hrs. Ours is an old farm house with old everything. Cliff installed a beautiful 48x68 inch walk in shower in 2 days. It’s magnificent. He’s a perfectionist, cleaned up after himself, cleaned the caulk likes even underneath where it’s not seen. Ask for Cliff, you’ll be glad. Absolutely thrilled with the job and quality of workmanship. I can only imagine how this boosted our property value. Just wow! Thanks Express Bath and Cliff, I’ll call for the spare bath too.

I highly recommend Express Bath. From the beginning, my sales associate, Wayne, was knowledgeable about the product and provided many details to help with my decision process. I was extremely pleased with the overall communication from the office staff and the service and detail provided by my installer Duane. We just had our tub/shower redone to a walk-in shower by Express Bath and are very excited and happy with the results! Todd explained the process and answered all our questions. He was very helpful helping us with what we wanted. Duane installed our walk-in shower; he is a very hard working, respectful and professional young man. He explained what he was doing and made sure we didn't have any questions throughout the process, ensuring we were pleased with his work. The tech was very efficient and thorough. The job took less than a day. Old materials were removed, and the bathroom was cleaned as before. No debris was left behind. The walk-in shower looks marvelous. All the accessories are outstanding. I am very satisfied!!! Thanks Cameron!!

Express Bath is a caring company that wants their customers happy. I have disabilities and they removed a unused garden tub and a small shower and created a masterpiece. I now have a large shower the a wheel chair can go into and a bench to set on. These guys were so nice and caring. Thank you to everyone that helped me.
