Peyton and Will did a fantastic job on the bath install. Peyton came the first day. He was patient with me and my anxious concerns. He was enthusiastic about his work, competent, courteous, cheerful, and professional. He and Will were careful with our house and left the place all cleaned up both days. I hardly had any dust anywhere. It is hard to find anyone, at any age today, with that kind of attitude about their work, but they are both young and have chosen a trade-skill that is much needed in this country. They are unique and valuable employees.Jonathan was our sales rep, and he was very personable, helpful, and I must say patient too.I am grateful to have gotten to such a company who has great ethics and standards. Express Bath trained their people well and their workers and representatives couldn't have a better or more accommodating attitude. The field supervisor, Jeffery, also made sure to accommodate my schedule, since I am caring for both my elderly parents in another city in two separate households. That is stressful enough. I had little concern as the work progressed once the schedule was worked out.The company was on the ball. I found the BCI website on Tues night (I think) around 7:00 pm, typed in my info. Within 5 minutes I had a call back with an appointment scheduled for the next Sat. I chose a Jacuzzi design. The next Monday I got a call to set a time to install that week, as my particular materials were in stock. Though it took 2 days to install, instead of the 1 day I anticipated, (my house had complications) the company was very considerate in accommodating my jam- packed schedule. From my initial inquiry to finish, it took only about 1 week, plus a day or two. That is unheard of in today's society.I love my bath. The beautiful and carefree acrylic material and the design was just what I wanted.
