I had my old garden tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower, and I couldn't be happier with the results from Express Bath! Patrick and Josh D. (Decatur Location) were incredibly professional, skilled, and a pleasure to have in my home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless, even cleaning up meticulously after each day. Their attention to detail was amazing, ensuring everything was perfect, from the removal of the old tub/shower, replumbing, to the new installation. They explained every step, asked what I wanted, answered my questions, and gave me progress reports as they went. The final shower is beautiful, functional, and so much safer for me. I highly recommend this team for an excellent, stress-free experience

Chris came today to install the custom glass doors on my shower. Priscilla filmed a training video of Chris’ work. They were very efficient and professional and finished in less than three hours. Doors look great and complete the new shower. Highly recommend Express Bath and outstanding staff!!

I sent a review, and wanted to add before and after photos, but I may have deleted the review while I found the photos. From Jeffrey Kitchens giving us everything we needed to know with his visit, to Dana scheduling our appointment, and to the wonderful installation team of Joe Heater and Josh, we could not have had a better bath to shower installation. My husband was having trouble getting into and out of the bathtub, so we researched Express Baths and we could not have made a better decision. Joe was an expert in every aspect of this process which included demolishing a cast iron bathtub with a sledge hammer to the smallest of details with the rest of the renovation. My husband can now step into the shower due to the only 3.5" lip, sit on the teak wood bench, and use the two safety bars to maneuver safely. Joe and Josh were polite, friendly, and very accommodating. The bathroom was cleaner when they left than when they got there!!! Great job to everyone from Express Bath in Decatur, AL!!!
