Professional company with professional employees. Our bath expert was Dex Stanley. Mr Stanley was arrived at the time he said he would. He worked continuously until the job was done with excellence.Easy financing was available to help me get an issue in my home addressed quickly. I an so thankful for express bath and Mr Stanley. We recently had our master bathtub replaced with a custom enlarged walk-in shower through Express Bath LLC by Jacuzzi. We chose their premium wall panels which are gorgeous and maintenance free. Will, our remodeler, did a superb job. Even when demo revealed a problem, Will explained, in detail, what he found wrong and how he could remedy it so that we could then approve his solution and complete the reno. We are extremely pleased with the job he did and highly recommend him and Express Bath LLC byJacuzzi. Having a new walk-in shower has given us peace of mind for our safety and with a bonus of being so beautiful.

From the very first text, phone call and webinar this company has been nothing but upfront, honest and very professional. I expected to wait at least 2 weeks for installation but to my surprise we got in 2 days later and Erik was in my house by 830am and out before 4pm. Erik H was OUTSTANDING! called to let me know when he would arrive and was on time! Her explained everything he was going to do, showed us everything, and asked if we had any questions. He was kind, curiosity, and did outstanding working. When the job was done there same day we were very pleased. Our water was off just a short period! He cleaned after himself and went over everything when he was done! I HIGHLY recommend Erik H and Express Bath of Mobile! Thanks to Rob as well, our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision! We also met Matt the mgr which was also a very nice guy! Thanks to all these guys we are pleased and when im ready for the 2nd bath remodel I WILL be calling yall back!

The guys we had out working yesterday did a fantastic job. We LOVE the look of our new tub. They were professional and CLEAN while working would 100% recommend.
