Initially I had a little difficulty communicating with the staff but it was around the Holidays and everyone was busy so I'm writing that off as circumstances. Josh H was my installer and if my initial interaction was questionable, Josh more than made up for that disappointment. I was a little surprised when only one installer showed up but Josh quickly put any concerns aside. Josh showed up on time and was prepared for the project. He paid attention to every little detail and worked consistently from 7 am until 11 pm because he ran into an obstacle that he overcame with patience and obvious knowledge of how to resolve a problem. Josh's dedication, his personality and professionalism rates a 10+. The finished project is exactly what we looked forward to so overall it was a pleasant experience. I wish JoshH quick growth within the company because he definitely represents them well.

Joe Greene and his helper (I wish I knew his name, sorry!) were able to complete the shower install in one day as promised. They were very professional, we believe they did a wonderful job including cleanup, and Joe thoroughly explained everything as well! Definitely recommend!

Express Bath personnel were friendly and willing to explain everything and answer any question. Carson Griffith (installer) was extremely polite, worked constantly while in the job site, arrived when he said he would be there, and kept me informed during the process.

We had an old bathtub that really needed to be replaced within certain timeframe. I was impressed with their selection of replacement tub/shower units. They said that they could do the job professionally, and within the agreed upon time. The technician worked quickly and completed the job, with great attention to detail. The finished product looked nice, and I would recommend this company for their service.
