⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Originally I gave 4 stars because of customer service. Chris Krich responded to my concerns immediately and ensured me he would address my concerns with his team.I found a spot inside my new shower where the silicone was smeared and Chris touched it up. My customer service concerns were noted and addressed not with lip service but with actions.Kudos to Chris! Express Bath don’t let him get away🥇!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would give 5 stars but customer service over the phone was not good. Leaving messages and waiting for someone to get back to you was horrible.The salesman didn’t bring in any samples, I had to ask for them and he had to go back to his car to get them. Spent way too much time talking and not enough listening to what my needs were.Now the reason for 4 stars. THE INSTALLERS!! RYAN installed the shower in under 12 hours. He explained what he would do before he did it and cleaned every nook and corner when he finished. His attention to detail, knowledge of what he was doing and his professionalism was impeccable. Please give him his accolades.Initially I had a curtain rod installed but decided to have doors installed. I figured because I was already a customer with a very recent purchase the customer service to help me purchase the doors would be there. WRONG! Again, the reason for the 4 stars, THE INSTALLERS! JOSHUA KEITH explained what he would do before he did it and was very professional. Please give him his accolades.Overall I am pleased with the product and the installation of the product but your sales team and on phone customer service needs a lot of attention!!

Jeffrey from Express Bath worked diligently for 3 days straight transforming our old tub into a beautiful walk-in shower! A very nice, polite young man! Becky, Chelsey and Chris from their staff were so helpful. They answered my questions so quickly and were very friendly, courteous and professional. I’m so happy!
